📍 1. Where we ship:

To all adorable customers who order via https://sewingtoys.com/ and want home delivery!

🚚 2. Delivery method & shipping fee:

  • We use trusted third-party shipping. Flat fee: 30,000 VND/order

  • We’ll confirm the fee with you before sending your order 🌼

⏰ 3. How long till your doll arrives?

  • Delivery typically takes 1 – 3 business days, depending on location.

  • Delays may occur due to bad weather, traffic, or logistics hiccups. But don’t worry – we’ll keep you informed!

📦 4. Receiving your doll – check with love:

  • Make sure she’s the right doll (hairstyle, dress, vintage or boho look).

  • Check for any loose stitches, fabric flaws, or untidy packaging.

  • Ensure she’s clean, properly sewn, and exactly as expected.

👉 If anything seems off, note it with the delivery person and contact us right away.
📌 If no issues are reported at delivery and the package is signed off, we can’t process return/exchange claims later.

🧾 5. A few extra notes:

  • Entrance, parking, or special building fees will be your responsibility.

  • If the recipient changes without notice, we may ask you to collect from our pickup point.

  • Remote, mountainous, or restricted areas may not be eligible for direct delivery.

  • During holidays or special traffic restrictions, delivery times may change – but we’ll call to arrange a new time.

  • If you return your order after successful delivery due to personal reasons, return shipping will be at your cost.

  • For large or heavy dolls, or deliveries to floors without elevators – we’d appreciate a little help with receiving 😊
