Shipping Policy – sewingtoys

Thank you for adopting a lovely handmade doll from our cozy little dollhouse! Each doll is carefully made with love, and we’re here to get her to you safe and sound.

1. Order cut-off time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM every Friday will be processed as usual.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday of the following week).

2. Order processing time

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will carefully prepare your doll within 1–2 business days.

  • Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Shipping time

  • After processing, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

  • For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer.

4. Delivery method & shipping fee

  • We use trusted third-party shipping partners.

  • Flat shipping fee: 30,000 VND per order.

  • We will confirm the shipping fee with you before sending your order.

5. Upon receiving your doll – check carefully

  • Confirm that you received the correct doll (hairstyle, outfit, design).

  • Check for any fabric defects, loose stitches, or packaging issues.

  • Ensure the doll is clean, properly sewn, and in perfect condition.

If there are any issues, please note them with the delivery staff and contact us immediately. Once the delivery is signed off without issues, we will not be able to process return or exchange requests.

6. Additional notes

  • Remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for direct delivery or may take longer to ship.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or special traffic restrictions, but we will always contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

  • If you return your order after successful delivery due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
