At sewingtoys, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Important: If a claim regarding a defective product is found to be false, we reserve the right to decline the return request after careful consideration.

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with all tags and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How will customers receive their Return Label?

A Return Label will be sent via email once your return request is approved.

Damages and Issues

A restocking fee of 30,000 VND is applied to each return.
