We know your handcrafted doll is more than just a purchase – it’s a piece of joy. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with care and kindness.

When you can return or exchange your doll:

  • Contact us within 24 hours: Please notify us via our hotline or email within 24 hours of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange a product.

  • Wrong item delivered: If you received the wrong doll (e.g., ordered a lilac vintage girl but received a floral boho fairy), we’ll send the correct one right away.

  • Defects or craft issues: If your doll arrives with defects such as loose buttons, open stitches, or other damage, we’ll exchange it for a perfect one at no cost.

  • Still in perfect condition: Dolls must be unused, in original packaging, clean and intact.

When we can’t accept returns:

  • Return requests sent after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products that are damaged, stained, or altered after delivery.

  • You changed your mind about style, color, or outfit.

  • Custom-made or special-design dolls (you will be informed before purchase).

Additional fees for returns:

  • If the return/exchange is not due to our store’s error, a 30,000 VND handling fee per order will apply.

Processing time:

  • Once your return request is approved, the entire return or exchange process may take up to 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  1. Contact us via our hotline or email within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order information, the reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. We’ll confirm and guide you through the next steps.
